Submit your music to Contratiempo
We listen to every release we receive. This is where our Album of the Week, our gig guide, our playlists and the music for Contratiempo Radio on One Jazz come from.
Before you submit
- We prioritise projects from Mexico and Latin America, and Latin American artists anywhere in the world.
- Send your music before the release date so we can schedule it in time.
- Include a press photo with the photographer’s name. We always credit photos.
- We accept materials in Spanish, English and French. If your press release is in another language, please send a translation, or at least an English version.
- Add each musician’s Instagram handle so we can tag everyone when we publish.
Editorial coverage on Contratiempo is free and cannot be bought.
